Bei der zweitägigen Fachkonferenz „Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement“ am 06./07. Februar 2020 in München trifft Expertenwissen für betriebliche Gesundheit auf topaktuelle Berichte aus Wissenschaft und Praxis. Denn nicht nur die Arbeitswelt, sondern auch die Mitarbeitergesundheit verändert sich rasant.

Tiefe Einblicke in neue Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements – 16 Referenten hinterfragen Krankenstand, Ergodynamik und Unternehmenskultur. Im Detail geht es um Stressmanagement, positive Psychologie und Burnout-Prävention. Die Teilnehmenden erhalten hochkarätige Best-Practice Beispiele, unter anderem von Siemens AG, Merck AG und Stadtspital Waid. Abgerundet wird die Veranstaltung mit einer Digital Work Design Studie der TU München.
