Vorstände stehen in Beziehung zum Aufsichtsrat, zur Hauptversammlung und zu den anderen Vorstandsmitgliedern. Dies bedeutet für den einzelnen Vorstand ein hohes Maß an Zusammenarbeit, aber auch an gegenseitiger Kontrolle.
