Unter dem Arbeitszeitgesetz sind Arbeitgeber in der Pflicht sicherzustellen, dass die Arbeitszeitgestaltung von Mitarbeitern innerhalb des rechtlichen Rahmens liegt. Gerade bei flexiblen Arbeitsmodellen ist dies jedoch nicht immer ganz einfach.
