Fachkonferenz zur Materiallogistik im Krankenhaus

Effizienzsteigerung ist eine Daueraufgabe im Krankenhaus. Die Materiallogistik bietet dabei besonders viel Potenzial: Digitalisierung und Automatisierung sorgen für Ablaufoptimierungen und Kosteneinsparungen, die sich rechnen.

Aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen zur Organisation der Materiallogistik stehen im Fokus der Fachtagung ‚Krankenhauslogistik‘ am 20./21. September 2018 in Hamburg. Konzipiert wurde sie für Mitglieder des Vorstandes und der Geschäftsleitung, OP-Manager sowie Fach- und Führungskräfte, die mit der Materiallogistik befasst sind konzipiert.

Anhand vieler Best Practice-Beispiele werden erfolgreiche Konzepte zu folgenden Aspekten vorgestellt: Logistik-Zentren, moderne Logistikprozesse und Kostenoptimierung in der Trans-portlogistik, Masterplanung Logistik, Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und IT-Unterstützung in der Logistik sowie OP-Logistik: Reorganisation und Change-Management. Die Teilnehmer besichtigen das Logistikzentrum und die Fallwagen-Versorgung des Universitätsklinikums Hamburg-Eppendorf.
