The next CCE International, Exhibition for the Corrugated and Folding Carton Industry, will be held two weeks earlier than initially planned. The new show dates are 10 – 12 March 2015; the venue will once again be the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany.
“By bringing the show dates forward we are able to offer a better slot in the international exhibition calendar for the corrugated and folding carton industry’s only dedicated trade exhibition in Europe. With the earlier dates we also avoid getting too close to the Easter holidays,” says Nicola Hamann, Exhibition Director CCE International on behalf of the organisers, Mack Brooks Exhibitions.
The CCE International launch event in March this year was a thorough success with a total of 111 exhibitors from 15 countries, over 2,000 visitors from 65 countries and a net exhibition space of more than 3,300 m2.
As Europe’s only tailor-made exhibition for the corrugated and folding carton industry, CCE International has straightaway become a key platform for machinery manufacturers as well as suppliers of raw materials, services or ancillaries for the production and conversion of corrugated and folding carton. In the exhibition survey a large number of participants stated that the launch event had surpassed all their expectations. Exhibitors were particularly impressed with the highly specialised, international trade audience.
The quotas of international attendance show that the exhibition was well positioned with its venue in Munich: a total of 83% of the exhibitors and 68% of the visitors were from outside Germany, mainly from other European countries. Italy, Germany and Great Britain were major exhibitor countries. As for the visitors, Germany was the biggest visitor country, followed by Italy, Great Britain, Spain, Russia, Poland, Turkey and France.
The exhibition profile of CCE International covers raw materials, corrugated equipment, corrugated converting equipment, folding carton converting equipment, printing equipment, pre-production and pre-press, materials handling and warehousing, waste extraction and bailing as well as machine and plant controls.
CCE International 2015 will once again be co-located with ICE Europe, the world’s leading exhibition for paper, film and foil converting.
