BLECH Russia 2011:

Dedicated sheet metal working exhibition opens its doors

St Albans, (PresseBox) - BLECH Russia, the dedicated sheet metal working exhibition for the Russian market, takes place for the second time from 15 -17 March 2011 at the Lenexpo Exhibition Centre in St Petersburg.

With some 150 exhibitors from 22 countries, the trade show proves that after a difficult time for the sheet metal working industry during the global economic crisis, also the Russian market shows clear signs of recovery. “Companies in the sheet metal working industry prepare themselves for the decade to come, in order to profit from exciting business opportunities. Global events like the FIFA World Cup are set to push the demand of the infrastructure, construction, automotive and transport industries for high-quality sheet metal products,” says Susanne Rauberger, Exhibition Director BLECH Russia on behalf of Mack Brooks Exhibitions.

The trade exhibition, organised by Restec Brooks, a joint venture between Mack Brooks Exhibitions and their Russian partner Restec Exhibition Company, encompasses all core sectors of the sheet metal working industry: Sheet metal, finished and semi-finished products, Forming, Separation and Joining Technology, Machine elements, Handling, Surface treatment and Tools/dies.

With this highly specialised exhibition profile, BLECH Russia targets specialised trade visitors, such as production specialists, buyers, designers and quality controllers of the sheet metal working industry. Key industry divisions include mechanical engineering, sheet metal products and components, the automotive industry and its suppliers, iron and steel production, steel and aluminium construction, rolling mills as well as ship building.

BLECH Russia will be open on 15 and 16 March 2011 from 10am – 5pm, and on 17 March 2011 from 10am – 3pm.
