In acht Tagen ist es soweit: Die K5 Conference in Berlin startet – und die MAC ist wieder mittendrin. Mit einer Masterclass zu KI & ERP-Prozessen und dem Tischtennis-Turnier der Messe.

Der Juni hat es in sich – zumindest für alle, die den digitalen Handel aktiv mitgestalten. Mit der K5 Future Retail Conference steht am 23. und 24. Juni 2026 im ESTREL Berlin einer der zentralen Branchentreffs des Jahres auf dem Programm. Und wir sind wieder mittendrin!

Was uns in diesem Jahr besonders freut: Wir kommen nicht nur als Zuhörer und Gesprächspartner, sondern gestalten das Programm mit gleich zwei Agendapunkten aktiv mit.

Masterclass am 24. Juni: ERP-Wissen aus der Praxis

Um 10:00 Uhr geben Dirk Petersen (CTO) und Thorben Jensen (Head of Cloud- and Managed Services) von MAC zusammen mit Betty Blömer (Director IT Business Operations bei Lampenwelt) praxisnahe Einblicke in integrierte KI- und ERP-Prozesse.

Mit dem Thema „ERP trifft KI: Vom Voice- und Chatbot zum produktiven System“ liefern sie konkrete Einblicke in reale Kundenservice-Szenarien und zeigen unter anderem:
  • wie KI-Anwendungen direkt auf ERP-Daten zugreifen,
  • wie Prozesse wie Auftragsabfragen, Dokumentenhandling oder Retouren intelligent automatisiert werden können,
  • und wie unterschiedliche Kanäle wie Voice, Chat oder E-Mail sinnvoll zusammenspielen.
Dabei zeigen sie anhand konkreter Beispiele, wie die Verknüpfung von künstlicher Intelligenz mit modernen ERP-Systemen im E-Commerce in der Praxis aussehen kann.

Zwischen den Sessions darf es auch mal sportlich werden. Wir richten das Tischtennis-Turnier auf der K5 aus – und nehmen Herausforderungen gerne an. Aufwärmen empfohlen. Zu folgenden Zeiten darf gespielt werden:
