Der Karlsruher IT-Dienstleister Lutz & Grub AG ist offiziell für die Abnahme von ITIL-Prüfungen anerkannt. Die Akkreditierung als AEC (Accredited Examination Center) von EXIN International erfolgte nach der Erfüllung der hohen Anforderungen und Sicherheitsstandards im Rahmen eines Vertrags zwischen EXIN International und Lutz & Grub AG. Lutz & Grub AG vervollständigt mit der Abnahme von ITIL-Prüfungen sein Angebot in der Weiterbildung zum Thema IT-Servicemanagement: "Die Prüfungen können online oder paper based stattfinden" so Reinhard Lutz, Vorstand, und weiter "Lutz & Grub AG kann den Prüfungstermin in Absprache mit dem Kunden frei vergeben. So entspannt sich die Situation direkt im Anschluss an das Training. Außerdem können sich Testkandidaten auch unabhängig von einer Schulung zu einer ITIL-Prüfung anmelden. Die Kosten für eine ITIL-Foundation Prüfungen beträgt € 140,00 pro Person. Lutz & Grub AG hat zur Abnahme der ITIL-Prüfungen entsprechend speziell vertraglich festgelegte Supervisoren bestellt. Insgesamt können im Rahmen von ITIL mehr als 30 Prüfungen ausgeliefert werden."
