LEONI gewinnt Spezialkabel-Großauftrag

Die LEONI Special Cables GmbH, eine Gesellschaft der LEONI-Gruppe, konnte sich einmal mehr gegen den internationalen Wettbewerb durchsetzen und einen Großauftrag der Siemens AG, Bereich Automation and Drives, gewinnen. Bereits ab Mitte dieses Jahres wird das Unternehmen mit Sitz im norddeutschen Friesoythe Siemens-Standorte in Europa mit konfektionierten Kabelsystemen für die Vernetzung von Komponenten in der Antriebstechnik beliefern. Über die Vertragslaufzeit von fünf Jahren wird LEONI Special Cables so zusätzliche Umsätze in Höhe von rund 100 Mio. Euro realisieren.

LEONI Special Cables ist Entwicklungs- und Systemlieferant für Spezialkabel und Kabelsysteme, die unter anderem in der Medizin-, Verkehrs-, Automatisierungs- und Kommunikationstechnik eingesetzt werden.
