The supervisory board at its meeting today has decided to extend the contract of Peter Untersperger (CEO) by another three years until March 2013.

Christian Reisinger who joined the company 20 years ago has been a member of the management board since 1 January 1999. He will retire from the company on 31 Mach 2010. As a member of the management board Christian Reisinger has been instrumental in promoting Lenzing's position as world market leader in viscose fibers. He greatly contributed to making Lenzing an international company.
