LEMO's neuer Harpoon: Press-Fit-Kontakte für Winkelprintdosen und gerade Printapparatedosen

LEMO-Steckverbinder sind vor allem für ihre Push-Pull-Steckverbinder bekannt. Mit den neuen Harpoon-Massebeinchen von LEMO können unterschiedliche Apparatedosen bzw. Buchsen einfach vorinstalliert werden. Die neuen Press-Fit-Kontakte sparen während der Vormontage Zeit, da keine Unterlegscheiben positioniert und vier M1.6-Schrauben angezogen werden müssen. Der Steckverbinder wird einfach entsprechend ausgerichtet und festgedrückt. Durch die Vormontage kann der Monteur oder der Endkunde die PCB-Platine einfach umdrehen und die Teile durch die Reflow-Lötanlage laufen lassen. Diese Lösung ist für Winkelprintbuchsen und gerade Printapparatedosen der Serien 0B und 1B vorgesehen. Die aktuelle Bauweise ist speziell auf Platinen mit einer Dicke von 1,6 mm ausgelegt.
