Latham & Watkins LLP hat die Senior-Kreditgeber beim Verkauf ihrer Kreditforderungen gegen den Erntemaschinenhersteller Holmer Maschinenbau und seine Tochtergesellschaften an den französischen Landmaschinenhersteller Exel Industries SA beraten. Exel erwarb gleichzeitig auch die Anteile der Konzernobergesellschaft, die seit 2012 treuhänderisch durch Andreas Ziegenhagen gehalten wurden. Holmer ist einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller von Zuckerrübenerntemaschinen mit ca. 400 Mitarbeitern in sechs verschiedenen Ländern.
