LASER COMPONENTS vertreibt jetzt auch die ausfallsicheren C/DWDM-Systeme von PacketLight. In optischen Transportnetzen für Rechenzentren, Netzbetreiber und Managed Service Provider gewährleisten diese Komponenten höchste Sicherheitsstandards. Für einen zusätzlichen Schutz vor Cyber-Angriffen sorgt optional eine standard-basierte Layer-1-Verschlüsselung.

Alle Komponenten von PacketLight entsprechen der Größe eines Standard-Racks. Mit diesem modularen Design sind sie die optimale Lösung für den flexiblen Aufbau einer Netzwerkarchitektur, die jederzeit auf Pay-as-you-grow-Basis skalierbar ist. Zu den niedrigen Investitionskosten kommen ebenso niedrige Wartungs- und Betriebskosten. Dafür sorgen die kostenlosen, webbasierten Verwaltungstools des proprietären LightWatch NMS/EMS, die eine nutzerfreundliche Fernkonfiguration, Leistungsüberwachung und Fehlerverwaltung der Netze erlauben.
