LASER COMPONENTS fertigt innerhalb kürzester Zeit hochwertige Quarzglaslinsen nach Kundenspezifikationen. Am Standort Olching können Substrate mit Durchmessern von 0,5 bis 2 Zoll zu plankonvexen, plankonkaven, bikonvexen, bikonkaven oder Meniskuslinsen mit Krümmungsradien von 12 mm bis 15.000 mm geschliffen werden. Nach dem Schliff erhalten alle Linsen eine Feinstpolitur. Dabei garantiert LASER COMPONENTS seinen Kunden eine Oberflächengenauigkeit von λ/10. Jede einzelne Optik wird beim Warenausgang interferometrisch geprüft. Auf Kundenwunsch erstellt LASER COMPONENTS dabei für jede Linse ein Messprotokoll. Selbstverständlich können die Linsen auf Bestellung in den firmeneigenen Beschichtungsanlagen auch mit AR-Coatings oder Spiegelbeschichtungen versehen werden.
