Höhere Leistung durch Kombination mehrerer Multimode-Laser

Ab sofort vertreibt LASER COMPONENTS auch faseroptische Pump Combiner von Lightel.

Bei Hochleistungs-Faserlasern lassen sich mit diesen passiven Komponenten die Pumpsignale von bis zu 36 Laserquellen bündeln, um eine hohe Ausgangsleistung zu erreichen.

Die spezielle air-Clad-Technologie von Lightel sorgt bei der Leistungseinkopplung für Wirkungsgrade von 90% und höher. Je nach Anwendung sind die Combiner mit verschiedenen Fasern und Faserkombinationen lieferbar. Auch polarisationserhaltende Konfigurationen (PM) sind möglich.

Neben Faserlasern wird die Technologie auch bei Faserverstärkern (EDFA - erbium-doped fiber amplifier) eingesetzt.
