New Laser Alignment System with an Electronic Detector

Comfortable everyday operation is a main feature of the STRAIGHTliner alignment systems from LT LaserTools GmbH. They have been equipped with an electronic detector and LED displays for the first time. The system comprises a precision laser module and a detector - both run with a rechargeable battery.

The STRAIGHTliner ECO is an economically priced system to measure the straightness of a machine pool quickly and easily. Colored LEDs show the deviation from perfect straightness.

Use the STRAIGHTliner PRO for electronic documentation and maximim measurement accuracy - the measurements are triggered using a remote radio control. Customer-specific expansions such as the measurement of parallelism or perpendicularity are also available on an optional basis. The position-sensitive detector works at an accuracy of 1/10,000 mm. The data is transmitted via Bluetooth using STRAIGHTliner software to a Windows computer and depicted accurately - even during live feed.

The systems have multiple application areas, for example: in mechanical engineering, whenever a machine has to be moved across an even surface or movable parts within a machine run along guide rails. Alignment systems are also used in the assembly of individual machine parts or in the assembly of overhead cranes - just to name some examples.
