Neue DFB-Laser bringen Leistung bis > 25 mW

SPECDILAS®-D jetzt auch im Butterfly-Gehäuse

SPECDILAS®, SPECtroscopic DIode LASers, heißen LASER COMPONENTS' Distributed Feedback Laser, DFB, für die spektroskopische Messtechnik.

Jüngst erfolgte eine Übearbeitung des Produktportfolios. Bei beiden Versionen PREMIUM und PREMIUM PLUS sind die Ausgangsleistungen ganz wesentlich angehoben worden.

Die PREMIUM Ausführung umfasst Laser im SOT5.6, SOT9 oder TO8-Gehäuse (letzteres mit integriertem Mikro-Peltierkühler) mit Ausgangsleistungen von > 15 mW (bisher 6 mW) sowie Laser im Butterflygehäuse mit > 8 mW. Die Laser im Butterflygehäuse werden mit integriertem Mikro-Peltierkühler, Monitordiode und singlemode Faser mit FC-/APC-Stecker geliefert.

Bei der PREMIUM PLUS Ausführung sind die Leistungen mit > 25 mW gegenüber bisher 11 mW für Laser im SOT5.6, SOT9, TO8 Gehäuse spezifiziert. Ganz neu ist die PREMIUM PLUS Variante im Butterflygehäuse mit > 13 mW Ausgangsleistung.

Die DFB-Laser sind in den Wellenlängenbereichen um 1278 nm, 1390 nm, 1512 nm und 1650 nm erhältlich.
