Die ADL-83Y51TL von Arima Lasers ist eine hochwertige, kosteneffiziente Lösung für alle Anwendungsbereiche, in denen leistungsstarke NIR-Laserdioden mit einem longitudinalen Singlemode-Strahlprofil benötigt werden. Mit einer Wellenlänge von 830 nm und einer Dauerstrichleistung von 250 mW wird sie unter anderem für die kameragestützte Gestensteuerung eingesetzt.

Im Pulsbetrieb kann die ADL-83Y51TL bis 500 mW übersteuert werden. Das kompakte TO-56 Gehäuse ist absolut luftdicht und lässt eine Betriebstemperatur bis 60°C zu. Zur Leistungsregelung und Stabilisierung ist bereits eine Monitor-Photodiode integriert. Auch in der Medizintechnik, beim Drucken oder in der Sicherheitsbranche (IR-Beleuchtung) sind leistungsstarke Infrarot-Quellen wichtig.
