LSC-035 - Kostengünstige Treiber für cw Laserdioden

Einfach in Betrieb nehmen

Für N-type cw-Laserdioden mit einem maximalen Betriebsstrom von 300 mA ist im Hause LASER COMPONENTS der kostengünstige Treiber LSC-035 entwickelt worden. Der weit gefasste Bereich der Versorgungsspannung bis zu 15 V erlaubt den Betrieb von blauen, roten und NIR-Laserdioden. Eine Schutzschaltung bewahrt vor Schäden durch ESD, zu hohen Temperaturen, Stromspitzen und filtert Transienten der Versorgungsspannung sicher aus.

Im Störungsfall wird eine dauerhafte Schnellabschaltung aktiv. Zur Sicherheit ist ein Neustart nur durch erneutes Anlegen der Versorgungsspannung möglich. Die leistungsstabilisierte Ausgangsleistung bleibt mit 1,5% Genauigkeit äußerst konstant. Durch die Produktion im eigenen Haus sind kundenspezifische Sonderanfertigungen einfach umsetzbar.
