Using a secure encrypted connection, they have full access to the SmartOTDR device on site. The connection can be easily established via any available network access.
Staff at headquarters can see everything that the network technician’s device displays and can control it remotely via the cloud. This means that even tricky problems can be resolved quickly and easily without unnecessarily sending technicians out onto the streets.
