Mit den Ever-Guard® Laserschutzstellwänden bietet LASER COMPONENTS ein neues System zur großflächigen Abschirmung von Laserstrahlung jeder Wellenlänge an. Die portablen, rollbaren Metall-Stellwände sind gemäß der EN 12254 (Abschirmung an Laserarbeitsplätzen) auf Beständigkeit überprüft. Einsatz finden sie, um bspw. Wartungsarbeiten an Hochleistungslasern der Klasse 4 durchzuführen.

Die Wände sind in zwei Standardgrößen lieferbar: 1,2 m x 1,95 m und 1,6 m x 1,95 m. Jede Stellwand kommt standardmäßig mit arretierbaren Rollen und einem Verbindungsband, um mehrere Stellwände zu einer großen Fläche zusammenzufügen.

Die Vorteile der Metallwände liegen auf der Hand: Sie brennen nicht ab. Beim Einsatz im Reinraum kommt es bei Beschädigung des Schutzes nicht zur Kontaminierung durch bspw. Fasern, die im Vorhängen verbaut sind.
