Die Hard-Coating Clean-Up Filter wurden speziell für den Einsatz mit Laserdioden entwickelt. Sie werden unter dem Namen MV-Serie (Machine Vision) über LASER COMPONENTS vertrieben.

Bei den Filtern handelt es sich um Schmalbandfilter. Durch die Sperrung von Nebenemissionen der Laserdioden wird das Signal der Emissionswellenlänge verbessert. Abhängig von der Zentralwellenlänge (CWL) beträgt die Mindestbreite des Passbandes (T ? 90%) zwischen 6 nm und 10 nm. Durch die Verwendung eines planparallelen Substrats sind sowohl der Keilwinkel als auch der Wellenfrontfehler sehr gering.
