Axikon DOE formt Ringprofile aus Laserstrahl

Laserstrahlen mit einem ringförmigen Strahlprofil werden in der Augenheilkunde benötigt, aber auch beim Laserstrahl-Schweißen oder beim Materialabtrag dünner Schichten.

Meist wird das Ringprofil mit einem klassischen Axikons erzeugt: konische Linsen bzw. rotationssymmetrische Prismen. Diese Elemente wandeln einen Laserstrahl mit Gaußprofil in einen Besselstrahl. Axikons für sehr große oder kleine Öffnungswinkel sind nur schwer zu fertigen, ein optimales Ringprofil wird häufig nicht erreicht.

Holo/OR fertigt nun diffraktive Optiken mit einer Axikon-Struktur. Die Vorteile sind immens: unabhängig vom Öffnungswinkel ist das Ringprofil immer perfekt, da das Strahlprofil durch ein Gitter erzeugt wird. Darüber hinaus sind die Elemente für alle Laser mit M² < 20 geeignet. Die Elemente können aus dünnem Quarzglas oder aus ZnSe bestehen. So eignen sie sich bspw. für Singlemode-Faserlaser, CO2-Laser oder Festkörperlaser. Der Eingangsstrahl des Lasers kann dabei einen beliebigen TEMxy Mode haben.

Mehr als 15 Standard-Designs sind mit einem Peak to Peak Ringwinkel von z.B. 0,05° bis 30° bei 1064 nm verfügbar. Die Produkte erhalten sie von LASER COMPONENTS.
