Universeller Laserdioden-Treiber DYNALASE: Breitbandmodulation bis 100 MHz bei 1,6 A

Das Lasertreibersystem DYNALASE ermöglicht, Hochleistungs-Laserdioden nicht nur im CW-Modus zu betreiben oder zu pulsen, sondern eine in diesem Leistungsbereich bislang nicht mögliche breitbandige Modulation von CW bis über 100 MHz zu realisieren.

Die Treiber der DYNALASE Serie erreichen dabei die volle Modulationstiefe mit Anstiegszeiten kleiner 3.5 ns bei einem Ausgangsstrom von bis zu 1.6 A. Treiber-Varianten mit 3 A Ausgangsstrom sind angekündigt. Die Systeme sind für den Betrieb mit unterschiedlichen Laserdioden ausgelegt, welche vom Anwender ausgetauscht werden können. Derzeit werden Dioden-Halterungen für 5.6 und 9 mm TO-Gehäuse sowie für C-Mount angeboten.

Typische Anwendungen sind das Testen und Qualifizieren von Laserdioden unter anspruchsvollen Bedingungen, optische Messtechnik, Rangefinding, breitbandige Modulation, Ersatz von elektro- oder akusto-optischen Modulatoren und vieles mehr.
