The product offering includes silicon and InGaAs based photodiodes. They feature a wide array of active area sizes as well as enhanced sensitivity performance with and/or without “on-chip” preamp. The wavelength range is designed to meet our customer´s application challenges between 190 nm and 2500 nm. All standard TO-packages are utilized and could be customized as per individual requirement. Superb linearity, excellent signal to noise ratio and the mechanical robust structure ensure repetitive and reproducible measurements in the analytic, barcode scanning, optical communication, etc.
