As the second largest exhibition for roller shutters, doors, gates, windows and sun-protection systems worldwide, R+T Asia has evolved over the last 7 years into Asia's leading trade fair for these sectors, thus catching up with the success of the world's leading trade fair and "mother show" R + T in Stuttgart.
After years of development, the size of R+T Asia has increased to 40,000 m² with an annual growth rate of over 62%. Many national and international first-class brands participated in R+T Asia as exhibitors, such as OMC, Xidamen, Yongshun, Zhenfei, Guanhao, Yuma, Qingying, Yameite, Zhongyang, Alulux, Activa, Baisheng, Xianfeng, Seaside, Did, Sommer, Minghe, Juguang, Superego, Seagate, Somfy, Dooya, Nice and many more. In 2011 R+T Asia attracted 13,119 visitors from China and other countries who came to conduct negotiations and make on-site purchases. The visitors were made up of manufacturers, retailers, dealers, architects, property developers and engineering companies. There were 2,046 overseas visitors, coming from 73 countries and areas, including many fast-growing emerging economies.
Stand reservation for R+T Asia 2012 commenced in June of this year. Reservation for regular exhibitors is coming to a close and general bookings will be open from 9 August.
In comparison to the last event, more attention is to be focused on the following core areas of R+T Asia 2012.
Six main display areas --- professional exhibition
According to the statistics from the visitors' opinion surveys of the last three years, the display area will be divided according to product classification in an effort to improve the professional appearance of R+T Asia and make it more convenient for visitors to negotiate and purchase.
The display areas are as follows: International area, shading products and fabric display area (N1 Hall), Doors, gates, and gate controls display area (N2 Hall), Power and control systems display area (N2 Hall), Energy-saving windows and doors display area (N3 Hall), Window adornments and accessories display area (N3 Hall), Processing machinery display area (N3 Hall).
Window door display area --- energy-saving tide
The implementation by the Chinese government of an architectural festival policy means policy limits have become a serious concern. Window and door energy efficiency has become a top priority in the three main approaches: windows and doors, roofs, building enclosures to renovate buildings to conform to new building standards.
Europe-China Uniexpo --- unprecedented popularity
2012 marks the triennial Europe-China Uniexpo. R+T Stuttgart will be held three weeks earlier than R+T Asia in 2012. As the largest windows, doors and sun-protection systems exhibition, R+T Stuttgart attracts around 60,000 visitors and 800 exhibitors on an area of 105,000 m². At Uniexpo, the influence and propaganda of R+T is unprecedented, which will promote "Made in China" and "Made in Asia" to the level of international purchasing markets.
During R+T Stuttgart information on the Shanghai R+T - Chinese platform for windows, doors and sun-protection systems, together with the purchasing list, will be handed out to all exhibitors and visitors. Activities relating to China Day which will be held within the framework of R+T Stuttgart, and on-site registration for R+T Asia will be possible. Massive visitor groups to R+T Stuttgart will also help R+T Asia to invite over 50 windows, doors and sun-protection systems mainstream media.
