On passing the Second State Examination in Law, Kasperlik, born in Vechta, Lower Saxony, worked for Mannesmann VDO/Siemens VDO before joining the KSPG-subsidiary Pierburg in 2001, where his responsibilities included Purchase and Sales. Most recently, he had been in charge of the entire pump business of this Neuss-based auto-industry supplier.
Kasperlik succeeds Hansjörg Rölle, with the KSPG Group since 1987 and CEO of Motorservice International GmbH since 2002. Under his chairmanship, the annual sales of this aftermarket specialist operating in 130 countries has climbed to over €285 million. Rölle will continue as Management Board member, now responsible for Sales and Marketing.
The Management Board of Motorservice International GmbH thus consists of Tobias Kasperlik (Chairman) in charge of Product Management, Purchase & Scheduling, Legal Affairs and Production, Hansjörg Rölle (Sales, Marketing) and Stefan Ives (Controlling, Business Development, Logistics, Environment, Quality and IT). Besides these Board members, the Company's management team also includes Heiko Göttler (HR).
