Die PICMG 2.16 konforme CP601264 ist damit für bandbreitenintensive Anwendungen konzipiert und erfüllt dank Hot-Swap-Support und IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface gemäß PICMG 2.9 Spezifikation) höchste Ansprüche für das Management von Hochverfügbarkeitsapplikationen. Vielfach sind das Tele- und Datakom-Applikationen aber auch hochsensible sicherheitsrelevante Lösungen. Dank der Robustheit des Aufbaus dieser Systeme sind sie auch ideal für bildverarbeitende Systeme in der Medizintechnik (Tomographen) und anderen vertikalen Branchen.
Die CP601264 wird mit dem 2.16 GHz T7400 oder dem Low-Voltage 1,5 GHz L7400 Prozessor angeboten.
Die CP601264 bietet hohen Integrationsgrad und neueste Schnittstellentechnologien wie PCI-Express onboard, bis zu 4 GByte/400 MHz DDR2 SODIMM Arbeitsspeicher (6,4 GByte/sec Durchsatz), 4 GBit-Ethernet, 2x SATA Schnittstellen. max. 4x USB 2.0, 2x COM und VGA, sowie Rear-I/O-Support. Die hohen Performanceanforderungen von Kommunikationsapplikationen werden durch die über PCI-Express angebundenen 4 GBit-Ethernet-Schnittstellen (zwei zur Backplane / zwei frontseitig) optimal bewältigt.
Einer der zwei verfügbaren SATA Ports kann für eine onboard 2.5" SATA Festplatte genutzt werden, ein zusätzlich verfügbarer CompactFlash Sockel runden das Featureset ab.
Kundenspezifische Erweiterungen finden auf einem XMC (über PCI-Express) oder alternativ PMC-Steckplatz für Mezzaninekarten Platz. Ausreichende Grafikleistung (VGA/CRT 1600 x 1200 Pixel bei 85Hz) bietet die CP601264 dank des ATI ES1000. Das CPU-Board arbeitet im System- und Peripheral-Slot wodurch eine einfache Integration in skalierbare Multi-CPU-Systeme ermöglicht wird.
Softwaresupport wird für Linux, sowie Windows XP, XP embedded und Windows Server geboten.
Die CP601264 geht mit Intel Core 2 Duo Prozessoren ab Q2/2007 in Serienproduktion. Musterstücke sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.
