In diesem Mitarbeiterführung Seminar lernen Sie Führungsstile und Führungsmethoden sowie motivierende Gesprächsführung kennen. Die Kompakttraining-Trainer vermitteln Ihnen, wie Sie als Teamleiter oder Führungskraft Ihre Mitarbeiter mit Hilfe von Führungsmethoden wie z.B. Zielvereinbarungen oder Mitarbeitergesprächen mühelos leiten und motivieren. Erfahren Sie, wie Sie Ihr Personal situativ führen, Ziele vereinbaren und Mitarbeiterjahresgespräche strukturieren können. In diesem Führungstraining erhalten Sie Feedback zu Ihrem Führungsstil und bekommen praxisnahe Tipps zu Mitarbeitermotivation, Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und der professionellen Unternehmensführung. Die Themen werden anhand von Anwendungsaufgaben, Gruppenaufträgen und praxisnahen Fallbeispielen erarbeitet. Sie können Ihre Themen mit einbringen.
