W+D-Langhammer "Wows" them at the interpack

W+D-Langhammer can look back at a very successful exhibition at the interpack 2011 which took place in Düsseldorf from May 12th to the 18th

(PresseBox) (Hamburg, )
The machinery specialist from the Palatine, Germany presented a complete palletizing unit in action at the world's most important packaging exhibition. Besides a type PA 74 layer palletizer the program included an articulated arm robot and their seamless interaction wonderfully demonstrated the exhibition's theme of flexibility in packaging. Geared to the requirements of each individual customer W+D-Langhammer is able to offer tailor-made unit concepts. Ones in which all palletizer models guarantee precise operation as well as highest flexibility. This was impressively demonstrated in the pallet pattern used at the exhibition. The carton samples were printed with a special text and the layer palletizer programmed to create a pallet resulting in every second row displaying the message "WOW - I've been palletized!".

This "WOW" effect proved to be very popular with the numerous foreign and domestic customers who showed great interest in system solutions "Made in Germany". Enrico Pes, managing director of W+D-Langhammer summed things up very positively: "The exhibition greatly exceeded our expectations. We had very many excellent conversations, especially with international visitors worldwide, which have resulted in concrete projects for us."

Requests came from branches as different as the food, paper and personal hygiene industries. Remarkable was that not only large companies and corporations showed an active interest, but also many smaller and medium-sized companies as well.
