W+D-Langhammer exhibiting Linear Robot at foodex

(PresseBox) (Hamburg, )
W+D-Langhammer will be showing the newest generation of Linear Robot at the foodex in Birmingham from March 25th to the 27th at booth Q351.

At the most important food industry exhibition of the year in Great Britain the specialist for transport and palletizing units will be demonstrating the LR 03 Linear Robot in action. This is a cost-effective entry-level model for palletizing nigh to all products in the consumer goods branch - such as bakery baskets, bundles, boxes, bags, standard cases, and packs. The LR 03 on exhibition will be fitted with a clamp gripper, but depending on the product and customer requirements this palletizing robot can be combined with other grippers such as suction and fork grippers. In addition, if needed, this machine can handle all types of interleaves or empty pallets as well as loaded pallets up to a height of 2800 mm. The fine-tuned design reduces assembly time to a minimum and makes for easy inner-plant relocation of the robot.

Ideally suited in situations with low ceilings and limited space the LR 03 perfectly rounds up the W+D-Langhammer assortment of palletizing solutions within the middle power range.

"We are happy to be exhibiting at a trade show in Great Britain for the first time, especially so because we can present our latest development live to an expert audience," remarked Klaus Wuttke, Area Manager for W+D-Langhammer GmbH. "The foodex unites exhibitors and visitors from different areas in the food branch and with our diversified range of machines we are able to offer the right solution for every product."
