A week into Drupa, and business on the KBA stand in hall 16 is humming. In the green printing zone, KBA-Metronic's B3 (20in) Genius 52UV and its Universys industrial ID press are a magnet for members of the print media industry from all over the world. By the first weekend Genius 52UV presses had been sold to printers in North America and Thailand.
The waterless UV technology developed by KBA-Metronic is winning over an increasing number of printers because it enables them to exploit new business applications.
