Kölner Internet Union und Gerling präsentieren Veranstaltung für GmbH-Geschäftsführer

Gemeinsam mit dem Kölner Versicherungskonzern Gerling AG veranstaltet die Kölner Internet Union e.V. (KIU) am 16. November einen Vortrag über die zehn Gebote für GmbH-Geschäftsführer. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Führungskräfte und Geschäftsführer von GmbHs (Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung) und informiert über aktuelle Themen von Anstellungsvertrag bis zivilrechtliche Haftungskriterien.
Die beiden Fachautoren Dr. Christiane van Zwoll und Prof. Dr. Bernd Eckardt informieren im Rahmen der Veranstaltung über die Gradwanderung der GmbH-Geschäftsführer. Fragen über Anstellungsverträge, Altersvorsorge werden detailliert beantwortet und straf- und zivilrechtliche Risiken unter die Lupe genommen.

Die Veranstaltung findet am 16. November um 18:30 Uhr beim Gerling (Gartensaal - Eingang Hochhaus) statt. Die Teilnahme kostet 35 Euro. Bei Interesse wenden Sie sich bitte an Sebastian Fränk (fraenk@k-i-u.de). Die Zahl der Teilnehmer ist begrenzt.
