In enger partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung haben KWU und Mobisys die Ideen für eine mobile CRM Realisierung für SAP CRM und SAP ERP umgesetzt.

Die KWU setzt bei der Realisierung der mobilen SAP Anwendungen voll auf das SAP zertifizierte Add-On der Mobisys GmbH aus Walldorf.

KWU unterstützt in der ersten Ausbaustufe mobile SAP CRM Sales Prozesse:
vom Geschäftspartner über Aktivitäten (Termine, Aufgaben, Meetings, Besuchsberichte ...) bis hin zu Leads und Opportunities.
Alle Applikationen arbeiten mit voller mobiler Integration z.B. Diktieren von Texten, Sprachintegration mit Siri, SMS, E-Mail und Telefonintegration.

KWU und Mobisys setzten dabei neue Standards für CRM Prozesse auf Basis des Mobisys Solution Builders (MSB).

Im Focus der neuen Anwendungen stehen: Mobilität für SAP CRM und Mobilität SAP ERP
