HR-Klima-Index 2006: Trotz Aufschwung Personalarbeit weiter unter Druck

In den Personalabteilungen der Unternehmen macht sich vorsichtiger Optimismus breit. 67 Prozent der Personalverantwortlichen beurteilen die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung für 2006 positiv. Die Erwartungen an Umsatz und Rendite sind gegenüber den bereits guten Ergebnissen aus 2005 weiter gestiegen. Diese positive Stimmung schlägt sich in den Erwartungen zur Beschäftigungsentwicklung nieder. Während für 2005 noch rund 41 Prozent von einer abnehmenden Beschäftigung berichten, erwarten dies nur noch rund 31 Prozent für 2006. Zumindest der drastische Abbau der vergangenen Jahre scheint also gestoppt. Dies sind Ergebnisse des HR-Klima-Index 2006, durchgeführt von der Managementberatung Kienbaum. An der Studie beteiligten sich rund 270 Unternehmen aus Deutschland ggf mbs Gpedeyw.
