kernpunkt realisiert Online-Shop rund um den Kunststoff Makrolon® von Bayer MaterialScience

Der E-Business- und Internet-Dienstleister kernpunkt GmbH (http://www.kernpunkt.de) aus Köln hat einen Online-Shop für die Bayer MaterialScience AG aus Leverkusen realisiert. Der „Makrolon® Shop“ bietet eine Produktwelt rund um das Material Makrolon®. Unter der Internetadresse www.makrolon-shop.com können Produkte aus dem High-Tech Kunststoff wie Sportbrillen, Designerlampen oder Reisekoffer bestellt werden.

Mit dem Makrolon-Shop startet die Bayer MaterialScience AG ein E-Commerce-Angebot rund um den High-Tech Kunststoff Makrolon®. Dieser wurde bereits 1953 von der Bayer AG entwickelt und dient als Material für die Entwicklung zahlreicher Alltagsgegenstände, wie CD-ROMs, Sportbrillen und Wasserflaschen, wird aber auch zum Bau von Solarzellen oder in der Automobilindustrie verwendet. Der neue Online-Shop unter www.makrolon-shop.com soll die vielfältigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten demonstrieren und die Marke Makrolon® stärken.

Technische Basis des Shops bildet die E-Commerce- und Internet-Software step one Solution Server, die bereits in anderen Shop-Projekten der Bayer AG erfolgreich im Einsatz ist. Dank der Mandantenfähigkeit konnte der Online-Shop auf Basis bestehender Produktdaten und Bestellfunktionalitäten realisiert werden.

Die Umsetzung des Online-Shops erfolgte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bayer Business Services GmbH. Die Bayer Business Services GmbH kümmert sich auch um den Betrieb und die laufende Pflege des Online-Shops.
