Mit der Übernahme holt Bachl zudem die Mitarbeiter, die dieses Geschäft jahrelang unter Führung von Jürgen Sohn bei FISCHER erfolgreich mitbegleitet haben, mit an Bord. Sohn wird auch bei Bachl den neuen Geschäftsbereich leiten: „Wir gewährleisten damit eine Kontinuität bei der Betreuung von Kunden und Lieferanten und werden die Sparte gemeinsam weiter ausbauen.“
Hauptbestandteil der FISCHER-Produktpalette sind Sekundärprodukte aus EPS, welche mittels firmeneigener Recyclingverfahren aus Post-Consumer- und Post-Industrial-Ware hergestellt werden. So können Ressourcen geschont und Rohstoffe vielfach wiederverwendet werden.
Durch die Übernahme der FISCHER-Regranulatsparte verfolgt die Karl Bachl Kunststoffverarbeitung konsequent die Strategie, geschlossene und schlüssige Verwertungskreisläufe darzustellen und dabei ökonomische und ökologische Gesichtspunkte zu berücksichtigen. Bachl will diesen Geschäftsbereich erweitern und EPS-Recyclinggranulat einer nachhaltigen Wiederverwertung zuführen.
