Am 19. April ehrte Dr. Josef Staub, Geschäftsführer der Schneider-Gruppe, Hubert Bleise anlässlich dessen 50-jährigen Betriebsjubiläums. Bleise startete 1960 bei Schneider-Kreuznach mit einer Lehre als Werkzeugmacher, war Mitglied der Betriebsfeuerwehr und ist bis heute im Werkzeugbau des Unternehmens beschäftigt. Dass Erfahrung wertgeschätzt wird, ist bei Schneider-Kreuznach ein wichtiger Teil der Unternehmenskultur. „Unsere Mitarbeiter sollen möglichst bis zum Ende ihres Berufslebens bei uns bleiben und ihre Erfahrungen an Jüngere weitergeben. Dafür gibt es viele Beispiele bei uns“, so Dr. Staub. Gerade in der Optischen Industrie kommt es auf praktisches Wissen und damit langjährige Erfahrung an. Fachleute haben gute Berufsperspektiven.
