Ministerpräsident besucht SCHNEIDER KREUZNACH

Der rheinland-pfälzische Ministerpräsident Kurt Beck besuchte gestern den Optikspezialisten Schneider-Kreuznach und informierte sich vor Ort über das umfangreiche Ausbildungsprogramm. Die Unternehmensgruppe, die Tradition und Hightech vereint, setzt stark auf die interne Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter, um auch künftig den Personalbedarf decken zu können. „Die enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Lernort und Ausbildungsbetrieb ist hier vorbildlich organisiert“, so Ministerpräsident Kurt Beck. Derzeit haben 12 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ein berufsbegleitendes Studium mit Ziel Bachelor und MBA aufgenommen, darüber hinaus sind am Standort Bad Kreuznach 11 Auszubildende beschäftigt. Das entspricht einer Gesamtquote von 7 % der Belegschaft.
