Joint Forces for Solar Intelligence & Networking Forum

(PresseBox) (Bonn/ Munich, )
An exclusive networking event organized by the Joint Forces for Solar Initiative is opening its doors for the first time at the Intersolar Europe on June 9, 2011. Developments in and around European and global photovoltaic markets will be subject to discussion between 4pm and 6pm in the Innovation Exchange Area (Hall B2). This event brings together stakeholders from across the entire photovoltaic value chain as well as key associations and initiatives. In addition to a novel networking concept, the event also offers participants the opportunity to exchange opinion on the latest market trends and developments. The initiative is powered by Intersolar and EuPD Research.

One of the main aims of Joint Forces for Solar is to bring together corporations active on a global scale with local installers. Industry leaders obtain information vital to adjusting their sales strategies in line with the needs of installers- the most important market intermediary and channel to the end-customer market.

Network Interaction: Exclusive Panel Discussion Tops the Bill
Market facts and figures are revealed by EuPD Research, the leading market research institute for renewable energies. The start of the event sees the presentation of the most recent information pertaining to European and global markets followed by an exclusive panel discussion and roundtable with top-level representatives from the solar industry, media and associations. Industry experts from established PV suppliers such as Bosch Solar, Schott Solar, Danfoss, Jinko Solar, REC and Suntech will deliberate on the challenges posed by the European PV industry. Take advantage of this opportunity and participate in this event during Intersolar Europe. Entry is free of charge. The event agenda can be found here:

Success Model USA: Network
Networking events such as the “US Photovoltaic Intelligence Breakfast Briefing Forum” have already enjoyed considerable success in the USA. The first two events took place in Los Angeles and Philadelphia. The roadshow idea of travelling to various locations and meeting local installers is to be mirrored in key federal states. The next event after Intersloar Europe has already been planned. Branch stakeholders will meet during the Intersolar North America in San Francisco. The event will take place between 3.30pm and 6pm is the west hall on level 2.
