Jetter AG stärkt seine Präsenz in der mobilen Automation durch Übernahme der ungarischen ELAN Systems

Die Jetter AG übernimmt mit Wirkung zum 8. Juli 2019 100 % des ungarischen Entwicklungsspezialisten für mobile Systeme ELAN Systems Kft. Durch die Akquisition stärkt Jetter seine Aktivitäten in der Kommunal- und Landtechnik und erweitert gleichzeitig die Forschungs- und Entwicklungskapazitäten.

ELAN Systems ist ein inhabergeführtes Unternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Herstellung, Montage und Prüfung kundenspezifischer Produkte spezialisiert hat.

Jetter arbeitet bereits seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich mit ELAN Systems in mehreren Entwicklungsprojekten zusammen. ELAN Systems Kft. wird in Jetter Automation Hungary Kft umbenannt und bleibt eine eigenständige juristische Person. Jetter Automation Hungary Kft. entwickelt weiterhin Hard- und Software für Steuerungen, HMIs und Kommunikationsmodule.
