Jetter AG (ISIN: DE0006264005), the Ludwigsburg-based supplier of efficient automation solutions, has begun talks to take over the British company Control Developments (UK) Ltd. Control Developments is a leading supplier of electro-hydraulic control systems for the automotive industry. Its shareholder's funds as per Companies House totalled KGBP 636 by the end of 2006. The combined intellectual, personnel and financial resources of both companies should create a powerful supplier of control solutions for mobile automation. The talks are in an early stage, terms and conditions of the acquisition are kept strictly confidential.
