Cisco hat die Anrufsteuerung für alle Jabra-Headsets und Freisprechlösungen vollständig in seine Unified Communications-Plattform Jabber 9.6 für Windows und virtuellen Desktop-Umgebungen integriert. Damit hat Jabra den Zertifizierungsprozess als erster Headset-Hersteller erfolgreich durchlaufen. Anwender können ihre Jabra-Audiolösungen installationsfrei über Plug-and-play mit der Cisco UC-Plattform verbinden und benötigen keine zusätzliche Software oder Treiber.

Als erster Headset-Hersteller hat Jabra den Cisco Zertifizierungsprozess erfolgreich durchlaufen: Damit integrieren sich alle Jabra Office USB-Lösungen nahtlos in die Unified Communications Plattform Cisco Jabber. Der UC-Client erkennt die Jabra-USB-Headsets automatisch und benötigt keine zusätzlichen Treiber oder Software.
