Hotline-Zeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 7:00 bis 18:00 Uhr

Innerhalb der Hotline-Zeiten erreichen Sie jederzeit einen kompetenten Mitarbeiter, der Ihre Störung aufnimmt. Bei Vertragskunden beginnen wir innerhalb von 4 Stunden mit der Bearbeitung.

Wir bilden unsere Mitarbeiter in aller Regel selber aus und sorgen für eine permanente Weiterbildung. Schon ab dem ersten Jahr geben wir unseren Auszubildenden Zeit für das Erreichen von Zusatzqualifikationen (z. B. Microsoft MCP).

Jeder Anruf wird einem Ticket zugeordnet. In diesem Ticket werden alle Bearbeitungsschritte festgehalten, so dass sich auch ein anderer Mitarbeiter schnell mit einem Fall vertraut machen kann und nicht nochmals alle Informationen abfragen muss.

Der Zusatznutzen für Sie besteht darin, dass Sie zum Ende eines Abrechnungszeitraums eine sehr detaillierte Aufstellung über die von uns geleisteten Arbeiten bekommen. Die Transparenz unserer Abrechnungen wird von unseren Kunden sehr geschätzt.

Zusätzlich zu den normalen Hotline-Zeiten bieten wir auch
eine 24/7 Rufbereitschaft zu gesonderten Konditionen an!
