Vom 14. bis 15. Dezember 2016 packt Dozent Dieter Gust seine 33-jährige Erfahrung in der Technischen Dokumentation in ein zweitägiges Kompaktseminar für Eilige. Die Weiterbildung, die bei itl in München stattfindet, eignet sich für langjährige Profis, die mit ihrer Dokumentation am Puls der Zeit bleiben möchten, und Neueinsteiger. Letztere können am 13. Dezember zusätzlich einen Einsteigertag zur Vorbereitung buchen.

Der itl-Klassiker „Kompaktseminar Technische Dokumentation“ bündelt 30 Jahre Praxis-Know-how: Das Seminar vermittelt die neuesten Kenntnisse und Konzepte für Technische Redakteure und alle, die das Thema Dokumentationserstellung vertiefen möchten. Als Leiter der Forschungs- & Entwicklungsabteilung bei itl ist Dieter Gust ein absoluter Experte was Technische Dokumentation betrifft - für bewährte Konzepte genauso wie für Neuerungen im Bereich der mobilen Dokumentation.

Im Seminar beleuchtet Gust den notwendigen Dreiklang von Verständlichkeit, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Prozessorientierung. Er zeigt, welche mentalen Modelle in den Köpfen der Anwender stecken, warum Bilder enorm wichtig sind, wie Doku mit multimedialen Inhalten funktionieren kann und wie Dokumentation gelesen wird. Er legt Wert auf Praxisnähe und fordert alle Teilnehmer auf, Dokumentationsbeispiele aus dem eigenen Arbeitsalltag mitzubringen, die im Rahmen des Seminars analysiert werden können.
