Der Workshop weisst auf die besonderen Fähigkeiten der Generation 50+ hin und wie sie damit selbstbewusst umgehen kann. Die „Silver Ager“ besitzen Fähigkeiten wie Verbindlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Ausdauer, die unserer Arbeitswelt unverzichtbar sind und jüngere Generationen vermissen lassen. Kreativität und Leistungsniveau lassen im Ergebnis nicht nach, sondern erfahren einen “Umbau“.

Die IT Workbench Akademie bietet diesen Workshop an zwei Tagen an sowie als Follow-Up zwei Webinare für den Erfahrungsaustausch.
