Aufgerufen waren Unternehmen, die ein Projekt im Bereich Process Excellence umgesetzt haben, das sich nachweislich durch einen besonderen Grad an Innovation auszeichnet.
International vergibt das PEX-Netzwerk bereits seit 16 Jahren Awards für außergewöhnliche Projekte und in 2013 wurden erstmals auch die deutschsprachigen Awards bei der Process Excellence Woche vergeben. In diesem Jahr möchten wir uns besonders bei unserem PEX-Programmbeirat bedanken, der als Jury im Vorfeld schon die zahlreich eingegangen Bewerbungen studiert und bewertet hat:
Prof. Dr. Ayelt Komus vom BPM Labor der Hochschule Koblenz; Dr. Torsten Grünewald, GBS Process Management bei der Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. Kg; Corinne Reisert, Head of Process Governance, Chief Process Office der SAP AG; und Sven Schnägelberger, Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der BPM&O GmbH.
Die entscheidenden Kriterien zur Bewertung und Punktevergabe waren auch in diesem Jahr wieder der Innovationsgrad, die Mitarbeiter-einbindung, Reichweite, Kosteneinsparung/ROI und Transparenz. Nach der Auswertung stehen die drei Finalisten nun fest:
1. ITK Rheinland - Projekt: KiTa-Navigator
2. DHL - Projekt: E2E Process Framework & Governance Model Implementation
3. Life Food GmbH / Signavio - Projekt: Prozesse als Kommunikationsmittel bei der Life Food GmbH
Wir gratulieren den Finalisten und sind gespannt, wer final als Gewinner des PEX Excellence Awards live von den Teilnehmern der PEX Process Excellence Woche gewählt wird.
Mit zahlreichen, hochqualifizierten Bewerbungen aus verschiedensten Industrien und Reifegraden wurde es der Jury in diesem Jahr wahrlich nicht einfach gemacht. Aber die Würfel sind noch nicht gefallen - Seien auch Sie in Bonn dabei und bestimmen das wegweisende Projekt im Bereich Process Excellence!
