Wenn eine neue Fertigung geplant wird oder neue Produkte in die bestehende Produktion integriert werden sollen, wird es schnell unüberschaubar und komplex. Unterschiedliche Systeme, Bereiche und Fragestellungen müssen am Ende zu einer optimalen Produktion zusammenkommen. Eine Vielzahl von Besprechungen, Änderungsrunden, Überarbeitungen und verschiedene Datenstände führen zu Informationsverlusten und können Kollisionen in der Umsetzung verursachen. Besonders die Planung logistischer Prozesse hängt von vielen Faktoren ab und kann nur im ganzheitlichen Kontext effizient und richtig geplant werden.

IPO.Plan wartet für diese Anforderungen mit einer Lösung auf: Die Planungssoftware IPO.Log macht in der neusten Weiterentwicklung den gesamten Materialfluss von Wareneingang bis zum fertigen Produkt in 3D interaktiv planbar. Dieser Digitale Zwilling bildet dabei die Grundlage effizienter und genauer Materialflussplanung. Das 3D-Modell lässt den Planer Zusammenhänge und Potentiale vom Wareneingang bis zur Montagelinie erkennen und führt zum besten Ergebnis. Auswirkungen von Änderungen werden hier sichtbar, sodass zu jedem Zeitpunkt die Eingaben evaluiert werden und das Ergebnis 1:1 in der Realität umgesetzt werden kann.

In IPO.Log werden Logistik und Montage zusammenhängend geplant und optimiert. Damit lassen sich sehr komplexe Planungsabhängigkeiten interaktiv optimieren. Die gemeinsame Sichtweise auf die Planung über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg zeigt Optimierungsmöglichkeiten nach wenigen Klicks, die seither nur mühsam herauszufinden waren. Gerade der Bereich der Intralogistik wird meist nur manuell an die aktuelle Produktionslage angepasst. Mit IPO.Log kann das sowohl in der strategischen als auch in der operativen Planung effizient erledigt werden. Die Software verbindet die Vorteile von CAD, Virtual Reality und automatischer Simulation.

Routenfahrpläne sowie Auslastungen von FTS und Staplern sind auf die aktuelle Auftragslage bzw. das Produktionsprogramm vor Ort angepasst und werden leicht verständlich und übersichtlich dargestellt. Ebenfalls im Fokus sind Planung von Supermarkt, Kommissionierzonen und Lager.
