Online-Werbemarkt in Griechenland wächst zweistellig

Trotz Wirtschaftskrise haben die Umsätze mit Werbung im Internet in Griechenland einen neuen Höchstwert erreicht.

Trotz Wirtschaftskrise haben die Umsätze mit Werbung im Internet in Griechenland einen neuen Höchstwert erreicht. Die Erlöse des griechischen Online-Werbemarktes seien laut dem Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB Hellas) gegenüber 2008 um 42 % auf 57,8 Millionen Euro gestiegen. Den höchsten Zuwachs erzielten die Handelsbranche (+126 %), der Finanzsektor (+94 %), die Telekommunikationsanbieter (+77 %) und die Konsumgüterindustrie (+28 %). Die wichtigsten Werbekunden im Internet sind laut der Erhebung von IAB der Finanzsektor und die Telekommunikationsanbieter. Mit gut 26,36 Millionen Euro steuern sie den größten Anteil zum Online-Werbemarkt bei. Zu den Top-Fünf-Werbern zählten außerdem die Unternehmen der Konsumgüterindustrie mit einem Online-Werbebudget von insgesamt 7,34 Millionen Euro, die Handelsunternehmen mit 5,90 Millionen Euro sowie die Kfz-Firmen mit 3,06 Millionen Euro. Die veröffentlichten Zahlen sind Bruttozahlen und umfassen nur dir Displaywerbung, da keine Zahlen über anderen Online-Werbeformen wie z. B. Suchmaschinenwerbung existieren.
