Klare Regeln, starke Führung: Innovation ist mehr als Kreativität

Was braucht es eigentlich, damit Innovation in Unternehmen gelingen kann? Siegfried Gänßlen weiß es. Schließlich ist der Executive Advisor und ehemalige CEO der Hansgrohe SE auch Mitglied im Fachkreis Innovationssteuerung des ICV (Internationaler Controller Verein eV). Dieser hat ein aktuelles White Paper erarbeitet. "Innovation: Sprung in die Zukunft - Schritte zum erfolgreichen Aufbau einer Innovationskultur" befasst sich mit Rahmenbedingungen und internen Strukturen, die es in Unternehmen braucht, um den notwendigen Raum für Innovationen zu schaffen.

Das White Paper erscheint in der aktuellen Ausgabe des Controller Magazins und ist ab August auf der ICV Website auch online zu lesen (https://www.icvcontrolling.com/...). Im Vorfeld hat sich das ICV Team Kommunikation mit Siegfried Gänßlen unterhalten: über Freiräume, Strukturen, Gefahren sowie die notwendige Verankerung von Innovation im Unternehmen.
